What is forró, and how do you pronounce it?
Forró [faw-haw] is a music and dance genre that originated in northeastern Brazil and has since spread worldwide, thanks to its irresistible folk rhythms, enchanting accordion melodies, and warm, inviting atmosphere. There are many styles, but we focus on forró universitário.
